Personalized Rectangle Place Cards make the perfect addition for your special event, whether it’s your wedding, bridal/baby shower, dinner party, corporate event, Christmas celebration, milestone Birthday party, etc! These acrylics are very versatile to fit almost any theme whether you are going for modern, minimalist, or classic!
Not only do they make great additions for table settings & décor, but they make great favors too! You have the option of purchasing the place card only, adding a clear stand, or adding magnets to the back, so recipients can place on their fridge, for years to come!

DETAILS:
- Rectangle Acrylic Place Cards measure 3.5" width x 2" height
- Premium Vinyl is used for all Letters/Numbers/Symbols
- High Quality Acrylic Paint
- Sealer Included, at no additional charge, to prevent paint scratching (for orders with painted backs)
- Choose between Clear, Partial Paint, or Full Coverage Painted Back. See photo for 4 different style options
- 44 Font options
- 35 Acrylic Paint Colors (this listing includes one color per place card. Please see my Ombre Place Cards if you would like 2 colors)
- 19 Vinyl Decal options
- Foil Flake add on options are available in Gold, Rose Gold, & Silver
- Stands & Magnets will only be included if option is selected in drop down menu & purchased
- For “Clear Back Only" option the protective film will be left on the back, to help keep in the best condition. Film can be removed by peeling off back
- Props and décor pictured are not included. This listing only includes the Acrylic place cards
- Friendly reminder that the longer the text/name the smaller the letters. There is only so much space on each acrylic

- First class shipping with tracking is included for ALL orders.
- Orders with 20+ Place Cards will have a Spelling Proof sent via email within 24-72 hours for Review & Approval. Orders will NOT be placed into production until email approval is received from customer. 1 round of edits are included, for a total of 2 proofs. $10 design fee will be charged for additional revisions/proofs. Once approval has been given, additional edits will not be accepted. I strive to make and fill orders as quickly as possible to ensure customers receive their orders ASAP. Proofs will be emailed to customers. A proof is not a physical product, it can be sent as a JPEG or PDF file format.
- For orders with a quantity of 1-19 place cards, your order will be processed immediately without a proof, unless design/proof listing is purchased. Please message for a $15 design listing to be created and sent. The exact way the text is spelled (including upper/lowercase text) will be how it is produced.
HANDMADE:
Place Cards are hand painted, one of a kind. No two will look exactly alike as each brush stroke is done by hand and will vary slightly. Vinyl is installed by hand. Each Place Card will be unique with foil placement. Place Cards received will look similar to photos above/proofs sent for approval but may not be identical. Vinyl Decals/Paint Colors/Foil Colors can appear to be different on various screens/monitors.
SHIPPING & RUSH ORDERS:
Production timeframes listed are accurate, but it’s recommended to give yourself extra time, prior to your event, so as not to run into any mail carrier delays. Friendly reminder I do not work for USPS, once shipped the order is beyond my control other than what the tracking reports. If you need your order before the “expected date”, please message me. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Orders are non-refundable. Returns/Exchanges are not allowed as all orders are customized specifically for each customer. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, only if no proof has been sent. Once proof has been sent there is a 25% design fee that will be taken if requesting a cancellation.

Meet the Maker
Hiding Place Boutique began as a dream back in the fall of 2014. I traveled to local markets selling coasters! With Christmas time being close, I decided why not make some scrabble ornaments (hope, love, faith, joy). At my next market they collected so much attention I couldn't deny that I had found my "craft"! Not only did customers want the premade ornaments, but they also asked if I could create personalized ornaments for their family, friends, & even teacher's gifts!! I was beyond thrilled! In 2018 I was blessed to be able to add on the Iron On & Vinyl Decal side to my shop.
It's truly amazing when God blesses you with a desire to craft and create with something that you already love!! My family has been playing scrabble for every holiday and special occasion since I can remember! What a better business to go into than make gifts from scrabble pieces!

SHIPPING DELAY:
I cannot give refunds for delays caused by USPS. There are many reasons for delays, weather, travel, etc. I can only estimate the time it will take to arrive - this applies to free shipping, first class shipping & priority.
RESHIPPING - FREE SHIPPING ORDERS :
Orders with FREE SHIPPING - if your order has been returned to me by the USPS post office for any reason (incorrect address, unable to deliver, unable to forward, etc), I can reship your order at $1.75. Your order applies for Free Shipping only on the first shipment out. My shop is not held responsible for orders that are returned to me with the address that was included when order was placed.

Scrabble Tile Measurements
All Tiles are .75x.75 inches tall/wide.
Best Photo Size for Custom Photo Holders
The best photo size to use with these tiny clothes pins are WALLET size. Other photos will fit, but the little holder can become top heavy and tip over.
Can I change number at bottom of SMALL .75" x.75" tile??
Unfortunately, the numbers CANNOT be changed on the SMALL .75"x.75" scrabble tiles. I do not make the tiles myself.

Sizing details for Decals
All decal sizes are measured by the LONGEST SIDE: For Vertical decals, the size is the HEIGHT. For Horizontal decals, the size is the WIDTH. If you are needing to know the exact height & width of a decal, PLEASE message me BEFORE ordering. I cannot accept return orders for sizing errors. I will be happy to offer a discount on another decal in a different size, if the size ordered was not what was actually needed.
See my commonly ordered shirt chart in each listings for helpful sizes to choose from. I ENCOURAGE ALL CUSTOMERS to measure the surface/shirt area BEFORE purchasing, as I cannot accept returns on orders, due to improper measuring. Please message me with any questions, I always reply asap!

WHERE TO PLACE DECALS & What Not To Do
VINYL DECALS: Can be applied to Mugs, Cups, Ceramics, Vehicles, Electronics, Windows, Musical Instruments & Cases, Bicycles, Helmets, Sports Equipment, & and almost any smooth surface.
- Do not microwave or wash cups in dishwasher that have decals applied
- Decals Should NOT be given to young children

HEAT TRANSFER DECALS: Can be applied to shirts, jackets, onsies, pants, shoes, socks, purses, canvas, aprons, pillows, and more.
- It is recommend that clothing with vinyl decals be washed on delicate and hung up to dry. Placing in dryer will shorten the lifespan of the HTV on your clothing. There is no guarantee how long the vinyl will last, it all depends use/treatment
Damaged Decal OR Refunds
If you receive a damaged decal, proof via photo is required thru Etsy message. Photo must be taken before ANY attempt to install the decal, as I am not liable for any faulty installation. Youtube has great instructions on how to install, if you need help. I'll gladly fix any issues from my end.
Lost Package/REFUNDS
If your order is lost in the mail, I will be happy to remake and ship for $5 (per item) first class OR $8 (per item) priority. Please message me, if your order has not arrived 5 weeks from the "Marked Shipped" date. I will create a listing for $5 or $8 (per item). Your NEW ORDER will me made and shipped ASAP!
On orders with FREESHIPPING - if an order is canceled/returned/refunded, $5 shipping/restocking fee will be taken out of the refund total
