SHIPPING DELAY:
I cannot give refunds for delays caused by USPS. There are many reasons for delays, weather, travel, etc. I can only estimate the time it will take to arrive - this applies to free shipping, first class shipping & priority.

RESHIPPING - FREE SHIPPING ORDERS :

Orders with FREE SHIPPING - if your order has been returned to me by the USPS post office for any reason (incorrect address, unable to deliver, unable to forward, etc), I can reship your order at $1.75. Your order applies for Free Shipping only on the first shipment out. My shop is not held responsible for orders that are returned to me with the address that was included when order was placed.

Best Photo Size for Custom Photo Holders

The best photo size to use with these tiny clothes pins are WALLET size. Other photos will fit, but the little holder can become top heavy and tip over.

Can I change number at bottom of SMALL .75" x.75" tile??

Unfortunately, the numbers CANNOT be changed on the SMALL .75"x.75" scrabble tiles. I do not make the tiles myself.

Sizing details for Decals

All decal sizes are measured by the LONGEST SIDE: For Vertical decals, the size is the HEIGHT. For Horizontal decals, the size is the WIDTH. If you are needing to know the exact height & width of a decal, PLEASE message me BEFORE ordering. I cannot accept return orders for sizing errors. I will be happy to offer a discount on another decal in a different size, if the size ordered was not what was actually needed.

See my commonly ordered shirt chart in each listings for helpful sizes to choose from. I ENCOURAGE ALL CUSTOMERS to measure the surface/shirt area BEFORE purchasing, as I cannot accept returns on orders, due to improper measuring. Please message me with any questions, I always reply asap!

WHERE TO PLACE DECALS & What Not To Do

VINYL DECALS: Can be applied to Mugs, Cups, Ceramics, Vehicles, Electronics, Windows, Musical Instruments & Cases, Bicycles, Helmets, Sports Equipment, & and almost any smooth surface.

- Do not microwave or wash cups in dishwasher that have decals applied

- Decals Should NOT be given to young children

HEAT TRANSFER DECALS: Can be applied to shirts, jackets, onsies, pants, shoes, socks, purses, canvas, aprons, pillows, and more.

- It is recommend that clothing with vinyl decals be washed on delicate and hung up to dry. Placing in dryer will shorten the lifespan of the HTV on your clothing. There is no guarantee how long the vinyl will last, it all depends use/treatment

Damaged Decal OR Refunds

If you receive a damaged decal, proof via photo is required thru Etsy message. Photo must be taken before ANY attempt to install the decal, as I am not liable for any faulty installation. Youtube has great instructions on how to install, if you need help. I'll gladly fix any issues from my end.

Lost Package/REFUNDS

If your order is lost in the mail, I will be happy to remake and ship for $5 (per item) first class OR $8 (per item) priority. Please message me, if your order has not arrived 5 weeks from the "Marked Shipped" date. I will create a listing for $5 or $8 (per item). Your NEW ORDER will me made and shipped ASAP! 

On orders with FREESHIPPING - if an order is canceled/returned/refunded, $5 shipping/restocking fee will be taken out of the refund total
